How do I store Smoothery products?

Our smoothies are shelf-stable powders, which means they don’t need to be refrigerated or frozen. You can store them in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months from the date of production. Reseal the pouch after each use to keep the air and moisture away.

How do you ship your smoothie blends?

We ship our smoothie blends in eco-friendly, recyclable & compostable cardboard boxes that keep them protected during transit. Our smoothie blends are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration, so you can store them in your pantry or cupboard until you are ready to enjoy them.
How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping in New Zealand on all orders over $80 NZD and in Australia for all orders over $150 NZD.
New Zealand: For orders under $80 NZD, we charge a flat rate of $8.50 NZD for shipping anywhere in New Zealand.
Australia: For orders under $150 NZD, we charge a flat rate of $15.00 NZD for shipping anywhere in Australia.
How long does shipping take?

We ship our smoothie blends from our warehouse in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand using a courier service. Depending on your location, shipping can take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your delivery online.
Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within New Zealand and to Australia. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to other countries in the near future. Send us an email to hello@smoothery.co.nz if you'd like us to ship our products to your country.

What if I have a problem with my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Smoothery. If you have any issues with your order, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the products are faulty or incorrect. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz and we will try to make it right.
How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at hello@smoothery.co.nz as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped yet. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your order once it has been processed.
